Our decision to start TrashMob came from firsthand frustration. Like many homeowners and contractors, we tried to rent a roll-off dumpster and quickly learned how difficult it could be to get someone on the phone, find availability, or receive timely service. Calls went unanswered, deliveries were pushed out days at a time, and customer experience often felt like an afterthought.
